So the question is, to post or not to post? Let me begin with this. Social media is not bad. It's the way you use it.
For example, I am a 24/7 girl in social media. I use Facebook, messenger, whatsapp, Instagram, snap chat and tweeter. I do post every weekend and share memes everyday. I am on the chatting everyday. That, of course, do not mean I am paying attention to every comment or chat. In fact.. I am aware of everything being posted. So then, I view social media as a way of sharing, enjoying and all the good qualities it can have.
However, our intentions are not to have misunderstandings with anyone. Majority of times is jealousy, anger, and fear of being unhappy on social media that can affect you. And should not chance the way you are. Yes, it is important to know what all you post and share. But never chance the mentality you have towards social media.
Enjoy life and be happy. Share good times and memories with your friends. If someone commented or tagged you something inappropriate, there is always the option of blocking.
Therefore, be positive about social media life and enjoy laughters with your friends.
I like your take on things. However, have you ever considered the things you could have done had you not been a 24/7 girl on social media.
ReplyDeleteThat is so true Justin... We get ENTANGLED... In media that we OSTRACIZE the rest of the world
Deletei agree, media is not bad it the way how we use it. People need to learn how to use web properly.
ReplyDeleteI believe we need to strike a balance. There are times you will get a great selfie with a back drop of the sun setting and you love it so much you want to share it online. There are times you get a great selfie with someone you love dearly and so you keep it to yourself to treasure. To a certain degree we need to be social with the real world in order to have some kind of conversation on the social media real world. The danger lies within the mentality that we have to do, see, say, hear and share things for the sole purpose of just posting and getting likes for it.
